requirement. In addition, you understand that WebCE may terminate your access to courses that are not
completed within 60 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of your course activation. You agree that WebCE has the
right to terminate an account at any time if WebCE has reason to believe that the user is fraudulently

Controlling Law
You agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this Agreement, or your
use of the Web sites, products, or services obtained by you through such use, shall be litigated in the
circuit court of Dallas County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of
Texas. You expressly submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or proceeding in
any such courts, and are waiving any claim that Dallas, Texas, or the northern district of Texas is an
inconvenient forum or an improper forum based on lack of venue. This Web site is controlled by WebCE
in the State of Texas, U.S.A. As such, the laws of Texas will govern the terms and conditions contained
in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Web sites, without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of laws.
